29/10/1998 Apirc v1.1 issued. Main changes from the previous version :



 - Ircd_2.9.32 undernet (Debian) and GalaxyNet irc servers send

 a random ping value that sometimes exceed the integer range, and

 then stopped connection to these servers. Resolved.



 - Aprelay modified : less CPU usage and incoming hostname given

 to Apirc (Real Name field). THIS APRELAY 1.2 WILL NOT WORK WITH

 APIRC 1.0, AND APIRC 1.0 WILL NOT WORK WITH APRELAY 1.2. You must

 use Apirc 1.1 with Aprelay 1.2. Remove all previous versions.
