License Agreement for Apirc v1.0.

It concerns the applet part 'apirc.zip', not the relay that remains in

public domain. Please read the following terms and conditions before using

this software.



You may install Apirc freely if:

 - You are a home user.

 - You work for a non-commercial educational institution.

 - You administrate an IRC serveur member of the Franet irc network.

 - You work for a non-profit organisation, excluding government agencies.



Otherwise, you must get a license.

A fee of USD 10.- (or FF 60.-) is required to get the license, after an

evaluation period of 30 days. Send it to:

 IdNet / 13-15 H Boulevard Joffre / F-54000 Nancy / France.

You will receive the license in two weeks. This license covers as many

installations as wanted for the same domain name web server, subdomains

excepted. Payment can be made by International Money Order, cash in a

registered letter, or french national check. Other national checks and

Eurochecks are not accepted. For EU countries except France, we must

know your company VAT Number.



Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND

WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 

Because of the various hardware and software environments into 

which Apirc may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE IS OFFERED.



The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY

LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.



Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in France.



Distribution

------------

You are hereby granted to make as many copies of the Apirc

software as you wish, archieve it on public ftp or web server,

provided that exact copies of the original software are given

in unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge

for any of the above.



You are prohibited from charging or requesting donations for any

such copies. If delivered on CDROM or disquette, a reasonable fee

may be asked for the physical media, plus any delivery costs.
